The music ministry at Alamance Lutheran is an opportunity for service, music education, and spiritual enrichment for all ages with a primary purpose is to enrich the worship of God. Music is a dynamic, transforming force that edifies and enhances our worship week after week. We believe that music is nourishment for our spiritual lives. Through the gifts of time and talent given by choir members and instrumentalists, God's word to us in worship is amplified, our fellowship is enlivened, and our learning is underscored. Many opportunities are offered for both the novice and the experienced to participate in creating this intergenerational ministry. There is a place for you!

This year’s Ash Wednesday service will be held at 7:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (2719 Bellemont Rd., Burlington). We look forward to sharing this sacred day as a joint service together.
For those unable to attend the joint service, Pastor Aaron will offer the imposition of ashes on February 18 from 9:30–10:00 a.m. and 3:00–3:30 p.m. He will be stationed by the blessing box with ashes and a prayer. You may remain in your vehicle—simply drive up and receive the reminder that we are dust, and to dust we shall return.
