Noisy Offering
What is Noisy offering?
The Noisy Offering is one more way we do ministry to the poor and also teach our children the importance of giving and serving. On the last Sunday of each month, they take brightly colored sand buckets into the congregation to collect the spare change that was gathered during the month. Proceeds are donated to ELCA World Relief. The children eagerly await this Sunday and participate energetically!
Join us each Wednesday during Lent as we explore the Intentions of Christian Baptism. We’ll begin with a light meal at 5:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall, followed by worship in the Chapel at 6:00 p.m.
This year, we are participating in a pulpit exchange with five local Lutheran congregations, welcoming a different pastor each week to share the message.
